You will need:

  • 300 g broccoli florets
  • 1 red pepper (approx. 200 g), cut in pieces
  • 1 apple (approx. 130 g), peeled, cored and quartered
  • 30 g pine nuts
    or sunflower seeds
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 15 g cider vinegar
    or white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Step by Step Guide :

One

Place broccoli, red pepper, apple, pine nuts, oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in mixing bowl then chop 7 sec/speed 4. Serve at room temperature.
