You will need:
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper (approx. 200 g), cut in pieces
- 1 apple (approx. 130 g), peeled, cored and quartered
- 30 g pine nuts
or sunflower seeds - 25 g olive oil
- 15 g cider vinegar
or white balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
